Is there anything in your ForgeModLoader-client-0.log (located in <whereveryouputthelaunche>/FTBBETAA/minecraft) that you could relay? Very few people here speak stack trace (I have an inkling of what that is and if my hunch is right then I suspect much frowning at Mojang soon, but if we want more eyes looking at it we need it in a form other people are used to reading).

Vauthil I just checked that log and there is absolutely nothing there that could indicate why it would crash, other than just terrain and stuff loading.

Drewtherummer: I suspect you'r running on the 32bit java edition (yes i know, you got 64bit to, but for some reason 32bit is default, don't blame me), try lowering your max memory back down to 1024 and see if that help.
If it does, feel free to get java 64bit working so that you can raise your max memory again.

Mewditto: Tbh, i can't read java crashlogs, at least not yours, but if you have raised the max memory from the default 1024 it wouldn't hurt to try to set it back to 1024 and see if that helps. If it don't i've got no clue what causes the problem.
