Community Modpack?

I was wanting to make a modpack for the FTB and ATLauncher, but I want it to be made by the community. Instead of just putting mods in a modpack and releasing it and then no one plays it or doesn't like it. Basically you suggest mods and tell me if I should change some recipes to make them harder, etc. Then I will see what I could do. So suggest mods in

Firstly, I highly suggest that you put the modpack on GitHub. It would be a great way to handle merging and stuff.
Nextly, I ALSO highly suggest that you give us some kind of theme, or else it will just be FTB Infinity. If I want to play Infinity, I will, thank you very much.

I threw up a little in my mouth when I read "made by the community", knowing the level at which the people who hang out here agree on mods...
