COFH doesn't generate ores from other mods

Details of the issue I have been modifying ore generation. I set replacevanillagen to true. I have tried to disable/enable the default generation in mod configs. I think it only generates the Thermal Foundation ores. Do I need to write the json files names into some config? Did I set something wrong?
