Problem CMD won't show up and server won't start!

Hi, I got a problem with my ampz server. My server won't open. When I press Start.bat a cmd window opens in like 0.5 seconds and then closes again. When I press minecraft_server.jar nothing happens!
What am I going to do!?!? Please answer with a tutorial or a reason why it is like this!

on the second line add: "pause" without brackets.

you are missing or have corrupted library files, please check your server directory it should have a /librarys directory thwt came with the server download in the .zip
