So...one of my members has been crashing for the past few days, so we did a little testing to figure out what is going on.

Right now, if he uses /home to go back to his base, he crashes. Also he will crash if he is there in his base for a while.

No one else has been crashing, so I left one of my accounts in my own base, and put my other account in his base...and the account that is in his base has started to crash while it is there.

I've done a bit of searching, and the only thing I can find is a mention that this could be an issue with forestry tree breeding or something. Has anyone experienced this before, or have an idea what might be causing it?

Again, this seems to be a client crash, none of the server logs show anything other than a general disconnect.endOfStream for the player.

Well, first an explanation on the issue:
The Minecraft world loader tries to read the blocks at the specified location, as you can see in client.multiplayer.WorldClient error in your log. The exact problem is that a mod tries to load a block and another mod/ someone tries to change/delete it. This is usually the result of bad coding in a program, or especially when 2 programs conflict. Now, a mod is like a little program - so it can conflict with another.
Tl;dr: there's been a mod conflict/bug that happened while that member was doing something. If he/she even remembers what he/she was doing at the time it crashed then it could help.

The only fix I would see is
1.Delete/move from that base and never ever do the thing that corrupted that area.
2. Use a backup (I don't recommend it, we can't know when did this crashes began exactly)

Also, it seems there were some other people in vannila that had a similar crash, fixed in 1.6.2

It's not the result of the player doing anything, 4 of the crashes happened while the player was afk doing absolutely nothing...which is why the forestry issue I saw somewhere seems like a plausible idea (tree leaves changing due to breeding).
