sometimes just randomly this happens in my world since 2.6. i upgraded from 2.5. whenn this happens the world is rendered unusable and i can play for about 1-2 minutes, and same for my friends. they crash aswell with the same crash logs.
every 3-5 clientside crashes the server crashes.

to "fix" this i just rollback the world to an earlier stage.

can someone help me with what i can do to prevent this?
it mentions meat blocks, but i dont have any meatblocks in the world as far as i know. and nor do my friends

The server side error mentions a creeper being in the wrong place. Remove it from your world using mcedit. Backup your world first.

The client side mentions fastcraft. Try removing that.

Where it says entity block location. The location of the block is below. If you don't know how to use McEdit then google is your friend.

Entity's Block location: World: (1344,37,27)
