Problem Clear lagg plugin (golems & turrets)

Hello,
I have a question about the clearlagg plugin, is there a way or maybe a special clearlagg plugin, that doesn't remove golems and turrets. We're having allot of complains about it i my guess was asking it here, see if anyone can help me.

There's issues with it and tunnel bores/carts also. Pretty sure you wouldn't need a different plugin, all you would have to do is disable the plugin from messing with those certain items/entities
