İn 1.7.10 somechunks look black and nothing inside it when i go chunk i am like space walking i can move

i use optifine

i have 8 gb ram i giveing 4

but if i dont you optifine my mc is very laggy

but like 1.12 there is no problem withchunks and optifine
 
It's not totally optifine here, that was a bug with 1.7 where the chunk just wouldn't load.
Log out, and log back in, and sometimes the missing/offending chunks will show up.
 
what about fps in 1.7.10 my ips i very low like 25-30 and dropping but 1.12 my fps is very steable and 50-60 fps

How i slove that and i use optfine in 1.7. and 1.12
