Chunks are not loading or render problem?

Details of the issue System : Amd fx 8350 4.0 ghz, amd r9280 3gb 384 bit graphic card, 16 gb ram and I gave 6 gb for minecraft
Chunks are not loading and when I press escape button chunks loading faster. Might be render problem. My system is powerfull so there is a
software problem. My cpu usage %10.
I'm using java 8 update 144 (64 bit) So can anyone help me ? I dont know how to fix this.
