I know there are 3:

MFR - Chunkloader
Railcraft - World Anchor
Chicken Chunks - Chunk loader

What is the difference between these three as far as lag is concerned on a server of say 5-10 people? and just lag in general?

Chicken Chunks: Minimal lag because they require no fuel, only thing that causes lag is what they load.

RailCraft: Minimal lag because they run on ender pearls. Lag may be caused by players exploring new chunks while hunting endermen.

MFR: Minimal to severe lag. Requires a lot of RF to keep chunks loaded, some RF production methods can be laggy.

All three are tied for memory usage and I think all 3 are redstone controllable.
