Chunkloaders buggy since Mindcrack 8.1.1 update

I've had a number of players complaining recently that none of their chunkloaders are working correctly since I updated the server I run from Mindcrack 8.0.1 to MC 8.1.1. I've had people complain specifically about ChickenChunks Spot Loaders and MiscPeripherals Chunk Loading turtles, but the issue seems to be affecting all chunkloaders. I'm using mostly the default pack, the only difference being that I've installed ForgeEssentials and ForgeBackup, which I had installed on 8.0.1 too without issue. One of the players has said that they're chunk loaders appear to only be functioning while they are online, which sounds like something that might be a config option. Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, what steps can I take to track it down or fix it?

There is a option in config that makes it only work when the player is online.

We had ours set to only when online, and has to change it again after the update, as the default seems to be set to "all the time".

I renamed my mod chickenchunks.jar to chickenchunks.back So I release the world anchor for VIP players use.
