Chunk Reset

So I just noticed that I have a chunk that reset. I have yet to use anything enderchest related. And it had chest, barrels, and project tables in it. What would cause that to reset, and is there any way of getting back a single chunk?

Just realized that there were the ghost blocks in the location(s) as I just found a few more chunks reset. Is this a known issue, and should I not use the secret rooms blocks?

I hadn't noticed an issue till just now and this save was going on at least 2 weeks. It sucks as it took out a great deal of stuff all over the concept of hidden rooms. Guess its getting disabled before next run...
