Recently I have wanted to run my quarries but the chunks they are in get unloaded when I'm at my house so I've been wondering is there a chunk loader block I'm unaware of and if not are there any plans on adding one such as the chunk loading block additional pipes mod.

In railcraft there is something called a "dimensional anchor" which works as a chunk loader. There is also one by Immibis, although I don't remember the name of it off-hand.

The quarries automatically chunk load, so just make sure your quarry and everything powering it/transport pipes are in the same chunk and there shouldn't be any problems. I have one in a Mystcraft age and it runs fine without a chunk loader.

To make it easier to see where the chunk boundaries are, open the menu for Rei's minimap and there is a option where it can show you the chunk boundaries on the map, making it easier to put the setup in one chunk.

chunk loading is derpy at best but the best option is to check the chunk boundaries and you should be fine. if it is still not working, check your forge chunk configs and how many items you already have setup that load chunks. Also check your logs to see if it is unloading the dimension once you leave the world or if it is after a certain amount of time. most of these settings are configurable for server and client, so if its on a server and you're not the admin, its possible the configs are not the defaults.
