Chunk loading after server restart

Hi, I have a rf tools dimension running on a server which is providing Litium to my mekanism reactor setup. I have placed down a world anchor and put in ender pearls and it all works fine. After a server reset, the dimension unloads and I need to go back into the dimension to reload it again.

Does anyone know how to get the server to reload the chunks automatically after a restart?

Use chicken chunkloaders. They will do a force load at reboot. World anchors have never supported that function. I've never tested the FTB Utilities chunk loading to see if it loads a world at reboot.
