Chunk Loaders Not Working in the Nether

Running an MCPC+ build on mindcrack v8.3.2 and for some reason placing chunk loaders won't load places in the nether, kind of annoying for my members who want to pump lava, is there a simple fix for this in the config that I have completely missed or is it an issue with MCPC+ ?

If you just moved the map from the forge server to MCPC+ you may have to break and place the chunk loaders - they cannot be placed back on the same block (as I have noticed with my own server)

no its always been an mcpc+ server, I assume the issue is because of the way the updated mcpc+ saves chunks, i.e. it puts it inside the world folder as DIM1 , DIM-1 , DIM7

I have same issue. If no player is in nether the personal anchor do not work.
