Chunck disappear ?

Details of the issue Hi All !

A problem with the chunk appeared on my games but i don't know why, i add project-e on the modpack but, i'm the only one with that problem. The chunk disappear and follow me if look in any direction of where i am on the screen.

I put the screen for more details :
