Christmas?

if you're a redstone afficionado, you could set up a note system for a christmas song, then add in a lightshow if you so choose.
 
Well, the Extra Utilities Clock block would solve your pulsing problem. Then you would either have to have a clock for every lamp on wherever (simplest option), or create masses of redstone transmitters/receivers and link them to every lamp.

Actually that arcs magica is a good idea... I crafted those after mining for a lil while.. they seem simple to use.. So.. I think for lights that would be good..

For steady lights, I would go with those TE lights the other guy showed that thought were xycraft blocks.. Since xycraft isn't in the mods anymore..(I miss it already..)
