Choosing The Right Processor (Techical Help)

Hello,
I will be making an small Minecraft community. To be exact I, will be running modded server.
The thing is, I don’t have any experience or knowledge of server processors or how they preform. I’m looking right now at 2X Intel Xeon L5335 server and 7200RPM HDD. Would It be good enough for heavy modded Minectaft server?

These are the two things that I’m worried about.

It would be nice to get some advice, thank you.

You really don't need 2 CPU as Minecraft doesn't support multithread - and looking at benchmarks that CPU is older and not so good performance on singel thread.

7200RPM HDD

For a server you would want fast read/write - so rather look at SSD's.

What about ram on that machine?

Is this a machine that you have access to or are you looking at a hoster?
