Well i need your help people. I have planned 2 PC's and I don't know which to choose. One is faster, but the price is bigger and one is cheaper, but the price of course is lower. So here they are:
Cheaper:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4369#ov
http://www.kingston.com/us/memory/search/?partid=HX316C10FB/4 x2
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H87MPRO/
http://www.wdc.com/global/products/specs/?driveID=1086&language=1
http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/memory-cards-hdd-odd/ssd/840-evo/MZ-7TE120BW
http://www.fsplifestyle.com/product.php?LID=1&PSN=384
http://ark.intel.com/products/75048/
Pricier:
http://www.seasonicusa.com/M12II-Bronze-650-750-850.htm the 850w one
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz8gx3m2a1600c9
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4673#ov
http://www.wdc.com/global/products/specs/?driveID=792&language=1
http://ark.intel.com/products/75048/
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z87K/

Well I'm leaning towards the pricier one, but my brother says that its not worth it. I will mostly play games on this PC, maybe i will stream or something but it's for gaming. So please help me decide and tell me the pros and cons of each. Thank you for your time.

this is an opinion of mine but I think if you use a amd FX processor (8350) on the cheaper option it would make more sense because an intel is quite expensive and I would go for the expensive one, if you got the money. it would be future proof for a while. but its your decision, good luck with choosing!

do u plan on future upgrades?if so,what type.
do you plan to overclock?(that would explain the "k" cpus)

you can keep all the components from the cheaper build and just switch the power supply and graphics card if you want.it will make next to no difference and be cheaper.

i noticed how you said " faster" when you dont have an ssd in the second build. real world performance will be much snappier with 840 evo than anything WD can offer.
but definitely go for the beefier gpu is you can.

like above said,if you want value the fx series is great.id actually just recommend the 8320.stable overclocked to 4.0ghz instead.if you plan to stream the 8320 actually beats the 4670k,the extra cores do come in handy.

would recommend build like this if you want value : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3uk37

Well i don't think that i will be overclocking for now, but i like to get the parts if i ever want to. And i was thinking will i need a 850w PSU or will a 750w do, because i could buy a 750w modular power supply for a bit cheaper since I'm not overclocking right now.

For the expensive intel build you should probably have it.the gpu is pretty beastly.and you wanted to have the parts to oc didnt you?

i take it youre going to with second anyway?advice goes unheeded again...

The parts look good on both systems except for the PSU on the first one. Never heard of that brand. They could be great, or they could be utter crap, I dunno. If you want to save some $$, get the 650watt version of the Seasonic PSU and put that in the first system.

What kind of case are you going to put this in?

If you live in a place where it can get hot inside during the summer, consider getting an aftermarket cooler for your CPU. That will keep it running longer, and also give you some room to play with overclocking like you said you wanted to.
