Bug Charging station in ultimate?

Hi guys. I am currently running a FTB Ultimate server and at the moment, I am working with turtles to get the mats for the quarry. I am currently trying to get a more stable source of power for them instead of hauling buckets of lava or coal/charcoal. When I click on the item to make it, nothing happens. No recipe or error, it acts as though it doesn't exist. Is this a bug, or what do I need to do to fix this? As always, any help is appreciated.
