Details of the issue So I was looking for a way to use Buildcraft oil or fuels to make energy, but even the diesel generator (from Tech reborn) was using some other kind of "oils" or "fuels", from that specific mod. It makes buildcraft oils completely useless, unless you want to fuel your engine.
So I think that I found a way to change it - I want to modify configs files so Tech Reborn diesel generator would take buildcraft oils instead of the ones it uses. Would it work this way? What exactly should I change? Any other ideas to use buildcraft oils to make energy?

I found this on tech reborn configs:

# Allow Buildcraft fuels to be used in fuel generators [Default=true]
B:EnableBuildcraftFuels=true

So which fuels works in those generators?

The first oil change after commissioning or recommissioning following repair work is carried out after 50 running hours.

The oil change intervals are depending on Lube oil quality and engine application.

Should, within a year, the engine runs less than the hours stated in the table (250 h), the oil must be changed at least once a year.

The table refers to the following conditions:

- For diesel fuel max.sulfur content >0.5% by wt.

- Continuous ambient temperature down to -10°C

If the sulfur content is from 0.5% to 1%, or the continuous ambient temperature below -10°C, the intervals between the oil changes should be halved.

In case of fuels containing sulfur >1%, ask your service representative.

Note: Change the oil with the engine shutdown but still warm (lube oil temp.approx.80°C)
