Changing IDs in 1.7.10

I know 1.7 changed it from ID numbers to names, so now we don't have ID conflicts. However, ChocolateQuest still uses ID# for its importing of schematic files. Right now, instead of the schematic giving a spawner, it gives mud, so you get to the top of the dungeon, and instead of a boss, you get mud......

What I want to know, is if there is any way that I can change the ID numbers that Minecraft automatically gives each block? I want to change block 165 to be the spawner rather than mud, and 754 to be mud rather than the spawner.

Or even just to know where the ID number information is STORED, so I can copy that and add that as part of my modpack submission.

Is this possible? Thanks for the help!
