Changing gregtech difficulty isnt working.

In my FTB folder, i go config-gregtech-recipes.cfg

I go to the useful recipes section and change everything From TRUE to false, like everyone tells me how to change the difficulty. But nothing changed in game, ive restarted the server multiple times but still no luck.

For your problem, your config files need to match on the server and locally. Download the config from the server and replace your local ones and it should change.
I have a slightly different problem where I changed everything to false but also went through the other config files to change them and still no luck. Most recipes are changed back but I can't actually craft most items! The biggest problem is mixed-metal ingots stopped working but there are other recipes which say they can be crafted but don't give an item.
