I was able to restore the pages for TiC and TE fluids/metals with a few config file changes.

The mystcraft forums has a guide to restoring pages for materials the modders requested removed from the default configs.

Why dont you look at the config and find out? I could check mine. but I wont.

and no, I dont see why a page for unlimited access to something expensive would be rare.
