The cunning use of dispensers makes this doable.

Although there isn't much of a power system you can manage other than lava buckets

Well other then the power system which there is no power in reg minecraft the rest is doable. You can use full chest with hopper and red stone to sort items. Also Hopper and furnaces can be set up to auto fill and eject from. rofl
