Can anyone think of a way to automate a process within these mods with these mods and vanilla alone

I'd be more surprised if an experienced FTB player couldn't think of multiple builds. You've given them multiple physical transports, multiple teleport transports, power generation, farming, processing, and world creation.
Instead of automating A process you've given them the tools to automate just about Every process. Throw in computer craft and there is just about nothing they couldn't do.
