Im Meerlo11 and I'm new on this forum.
My English isn't that good so sorry for that ;p

I've got a question for the one's who knows how to make crates in FTB.
Cause the normal

4x Logs
1x water

In carpenter doesn't work (also powered)

I think the recipe got removed because it was going to be removed all together.

I asked some people in the chat about it.
Its true in FTB BETAA is the code of crates in it's config disabled.

So it is still there but can't be crafted.
