Can't Use NEI in Direwolf20 1.6.4 All versions

I am not sure if this is a java problem or my friends computer. When he opens inventory or a crafting screen. He cannot use the NEI system if he clicks on it, it thinks he right click or something to clear it out. Does the same on the ME system....Also when he dies he cannot respawn or go to title screen he has to Close out java and I usually logback in as him to re-spawn him.

Any Suggestions?

EDIT: Have a short fix for him right now, He has to go to full screen mode then exit back to windowed mode. But anyway of attempting to fix it would be great! thanks!
