Can't update to 1.1.3 Unleashed (sort of)

I run my own self hosted server and have for a while now and have been able to update fairly easy until now.
When i try to play on my server i get an error saying i do not have: AppliedEnergistics CCMultipart TConstruct LogisticPipesMain McMultipart.
I am able to join other 1.1.3 server and if i delete these files i am unable to start my server.
