While unfortunately I don't know much about mac's it looks like something is blocking your connection to the internet.

try to copy and paste this into a terminal:
cd ~/Desktop/(folder you set ftb's jar to)
export JAVA_HOME=/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.Framework/Versions/1.6/Home
java -jar FTB_Launcher.jar
