I just try to start the game for the first time but don't work ​

Check you firewall/AV products. Something blocks HTTP HEAD requests.

As seen in line 298, Thaumic Tinkerer seems to be a part of the problem. Try removing it and see if the pack at least starts.

It is still caused by firewall which blocks HEAD request and makes launcher to download wrong file.
