Can't start any modpacks

So my problem is, as mentioned in the title that i cannot start any modpacks, not even in offline mode. It didn't work yesterday untill i reinstalled the whole ftb launcher and now it doesn't work again. It keeps giving me "IOException, minecraft servers might be down" but when i check on mojang, they are up, all other launchers like technik or the vanilla one work. Also when it asks me if i want to play offline because the login didn't work, i can click the "yes" button but neither the window with the question dissapears nor does the modpack launch in offline mode
