Cant start an infinity evolved server

Details of the issue:
Whenever I try to run ServerStart.bat, it just says "No java binary in path. Can't run server, exiting...". I have looked this up already but other people's fixes for this seem to not work. I have 64 bit windows + java. I have also reinstalled Java and the server files but no dice. My current path looks like this: C:\program files (x86)\java\jre1.8.0_66\bin​

I just tried that but still no luck. Cmd isn't recognizing "javac" so I have no clue as to why the path isn't being picked up.
