Can't Resolve Hostname

I just downloaded the FTB Launcher a few hours ago, and I downloaded the Ultimate Pack. I went to add two servers that I found on a FTB Server List website, and according to the website, they were both up, but on mine, it said they "Couldn't Resolve Hostname." I have no idea what to do here, so any info is helpful. Thanks. (PS: I'm running on a Windows 8)

Open the command line by pressing the super key then typing cmd and pressing enter, then type ping serveraddress and post the result here.

i am having the same problem and i pinged the server it was up.
