Windows .exe Can't record with Fraps.

At first when i attempted to record with fraps, fraps would lock up then crash completely then shortly after MC would freeze with no crash report. After deleting and reinstalling FTB and the pack a few times with optifine and put all the settings on basic which is not normal for my pc set up it records however I can see in the bottom corner of my screen that fraps keeps losing MC and when i look in the record folder I have 47 recordings of 3 second footage from the launcher.

My Pc specs are:

I5 64bit with 11GBs of ram and a 590GTX nividia. Ive ran alot of games high end and recorded them easily.

Im not raging or anything like that Im not sure what the problem is, My best guess is fraps keeps stopping the recording as it doesn't recognise the launcher as a application or program?

Maybe try transfer the FTB mod pack into MultiMC and launch it via MultiMC? Does that work?

Right so ive tested it in the MultiMC and it works fine without any problems no random lag and fraps doesn't cut out at all, so something is not right between fraps and the FTB launcher or the way that the launcher runs Minecraft?

I do quite a few videos, and regardless of which modpack i use, i always transfer them to my "normal" minecraft installation then i can record with fraps just fine
the launchers someone disables or overrides other apps like fraps not sure why..

Aye seems like a good plan I do have another annoying problem seems some textures are mixed or missing like my Avatar/skins arm and one leg is missing and the vanilla chests aren't showing textures just block blocks with the textured lid
