Problem cant reach server

hi , my brother and me is playing on a server that i have created and its going fine , but when hes doing a server i cant reach hes server why ???? pls help

That's not enough detail to give any helpful answer.

dont know what to say more , he can join my server but i cant join his server , when i try it just say( cant reach server) , we both have telia .

How about the obvious stuff like, are you in the same house? Are you trying to connect via LAN or via IP.

XD dident think about it XD no we are not in the same house and we are trying with ip

Have your brother go to http://whatismyip.com and verify that matches the IP you are trying to reach when he is operating his server.
If it is the correct IP address, then he has a firewall or router issue which I can't really help troubleshoot.

yeah we have , and he doesnt have firewall or somehing like that on .
