I've hosted a FTB Ultimate Pack server on my PC for a long time, as well as multiple Craftbukkit servers and other FTB packs. For some reason, last week out of the blue, I started getting the dreaded: "Can't Reach Server". I've done all of the normal server-hosting preparations. I forwarded 25565 port (both UDP and TCP), made exclusions for all FTB related folders and files in my Windows and Avast firewalls, and I'm using the cookie-cutter .bat file to start up the server. The server log doesn't end with "Can't keep up!", etc, it just finishes the spawn area and says "Done!". I've also made sure that my IP address has remained static so that I'm forwarding it to the correct address.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've completely run out of possible solutions.

You said you hosted other servers on your PC, are they still running? Also, have you tried reinstalling? Don't delete your server, just get another one and test it. Also, have you asked other people to join? It could be just you.
Also, make sure your port is indeed open. Try using this page to find out if the port is open or not: http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

Nope, the other servers aren't up currently. I just host servers for my group of friends and I. They aren't usually public and rarely 24/7. I've redownloaded the server and FTB launcher, although I'm not sure that there's anything to actually install. The one thing I haven't done is ask someone else to join since this problem started. I'll try downloading the client on another computer and getting on my server. Lastly, the port is most definitely open. I've checked that more times than I can count lol :) Will report back with results on if I can log on on another pc.

You should definitely ask someone to try and join. Also, we could use the server logs and client trying to join logs, on pastebin.com
The logs will probably say something like "Player lost connection [ 123.player.ip ]" but will also say the reason " [Disconnecting] Reason: some error" ;
Also, have you tried resetting your router/internet connection? Sometimes I had this problem trying to join some servers, but it was because of my connection, and it fixed itself a little time later.
