Can't open the NEW launcher after installation

Hi,
I need help with this little problem. Recently I ran into a message on one of the outdated modpacks on Twitch Launcher saying I should download the new FTB launcher for new upcoming FTB modpacks. I love FTB so I downloaded the windows x64 installer. And I ran into this little Error

I don't have any 3rd party antivirus, however I tried whitelisting Java and the FTB launcher, turning off the Firewall and checking my java version. I'm definitely on a 64x bit OS and have donwloaded java 64x. Does anyone have any suggestions how this might be fixed?
