Cant open FeedTheBeast Launcher pls help

Hello there I have a problem launching feed the beast and I had the same problem with technic. If I open it it closes immediately. Yes Java is installed

I also tried to open it via admin, reinstalling java or directly opening it via java -r in console and then I get this error:
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Also normal minecraft and the twitch launcher are working but now that cant be used with ftb anymore
