Cant open any modpack

Details of the issue I have a new pc so that might be it. But i cannot confirm this did not happen on my last pc.

Whenever i try to open any modpack, i start loading and eventually in the modloading screen ( minecraft open and loading all the mods) The game just crashes and gives me the crash report i posted. Hope you can help.
