Summary of the problem Can't Open any inventory/gui in the world chests/refinedstorage/capacitors/anything

What is the bug? When I log into my singleplayer world, everything loads in, but in WAILA it keeps saying "waiting for server...". I cannot open any chests or right click on any block, everything seems to be frozen. So I think it is something wrong with loading the server (I don't understand it). Also when I try to save and quit, it freezes and I have to force shutdown.
The log i posted is only part of it, because it was too big, but this is where i see the error and cannot figure it out.

Is it repeatable? Yes every time I log on it happens and I have to force shut down the world.
Known Fix I tried updating to 1.8 version and nothing worked. I clean installed and nothing changed.
