Can't move required items into crafting grid...?

Title Can't move required items into crafting grid...?

Details of the issue The + button that adds required materials into the crafting grid randomally disappeared for me while playing on my server with a buddy.

Notes:

It only disappeared for me not my buddy.

It's only absent while playing my character on our server.

If I play a single player save it's there as per usual.

What I'm talking about is the plus button you see in the image to the bottom right of the item I'm attempting to craft, it's literally just not there anymore and I've tried everything to get it back..
