Cant Make Advanced Jetpack Please Help! (glitched)

I am putting everything in the correct place to make the engine booster but it wont have an end product:

Did you just craft that Advanced Heat Vent? Or is it one you have used in a reactor? If it is a used one then the damage values probably don't match the crafting recipe. Craft a fresh one instead.
 
if you are using infinity then yeah seems like that recipe is broken. Have to cheat it in it seems and just throw the mats into a void chest or something
 
One thing you can try is put the Advanced Heat Vent into a crafting table by itself and then pull it out, it may change the item's "metadata" so that it works properly in that recipe. However, it might not work, but it's still worth a try. We have the same problem in Infitech2 modpack.
