Cant load world as it shuts down internal server

Details of the issue:
After all mods have been initialised and I click on my world after 3 minutes it says shutting down internal server. On the FTB chat people said because of a item I was holding and I need to delete it using NBTExplorer but i have tried and do not know how to use it.

If anyone responds can you please give me step by step instructions on what to do.
