can't load creeperrepo page to dl launcher

I wanted to download the FTB launcher but when clicking on both the .exe or .jar links under client download, the page doesn't load gives me a could not find page error. I've tried both google crome and firefox.

Check your pop up blocker or antivirus to ensure it's not being blocked. Worked fine for me just now

Its not being blocked by either, and still doesn't load the page

It shouldn't load a page, it should just download.
