Can't launch?

When I try to launch it, it never gets past the console. Just tells me this:

Check that you don't have any other versions of java installed.

Don't use a tool to do it go into the programs and features section and check yourself.

I have Java 7 update 45, Java 6 update 32, JavaFX 2.1.0, and Java SE Runtime environment 6. I assume this is bad.

Remove all other versions so that the only one you have is JRE update 45.

uninstall "Java 6 update 32" and "Java 7 update 45"
and then install the LATEST JRE

The update 45 is the latest one he indicated that he does have it.
