Can't Launch startServer.bat

Title Can't Launch startServer.bat

Launcher Type Server

Modpack Infinity Evolved Skyblock

Modpack version 2.0.1

Have you modified the pack? Yes

Details of the issue I edited the serverStart.bat file, deleting all instances of the command "UseParNewGC" and "CMSInstances" since they weren't recognized by java, now I have this error message and I'm lost :(
