Details of the issue I modified it to only used 2 G at XmX (2048M). If I try to use 4 G it doesn't work, because it doesn't load, saying it uses too much space.

Do you have 64 bit java installed. Also from the log it looks like something is blocking you from downloading with all those attempts to download in your log. Check any security software e.g firewall and antivirus but it could be something else.

How did you even manage it to use 32-bit java? By default installation bundles 64-bit version of java and it's being used by default.
