I'm new to FTB so I don't know exactly what's the problem but I tried launching Tech World ModPack and it told me to update so I did, I tried launching it and it told me to update so I did again, then it asked me to update when I launched it again, the modpack files are in the download location but the only thing in it is a file named "version" that's 0 KB. I was wondering what was happening.
