Cant launch Modded minecraft

Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

I just installed the FTB app through over wolf, and i downloaded the Endeavor modpack, when i press launch the normal minecraft launcher pops up and when i click play it comes with an error stating
Failed to download file.
Name: forge-1.16.5-36.1.16.jar
Filename on disk: forge-1.16.5-36.1.16.jar
Path: C:\Users\darkn\AppData\Local\.ftba\bin\libraries\net\minecraftforge\forge\1.16.5-36.1.16\forge-1.16.5-36.1.16.jar
Exists: Nonexistent
my modpacks and minecraft are both installed on my D: drive as the C drive is my bot drive
